Thank you for your wishes. You should normally hold the script till the suggested hold time. For example, Raj Oil is supposed to be held till Dec 9th or the meeting of its target, whichever is earlier. It is much too early to start worrying. You should get concerned if your goal is not met by that period. Sometimes it may even take a few weeks longer.
And this is true for each and every recommendation I give. If a script which has a target to be achieved by 1 year (as stated in call) meets the target in 2 months, it does not suggest that all scripts will do it the same fast way. In fact, achieving targets very fast is not a good sign for most cases, since it is followed by deep corrections.
